Who likes rainy days more than sunny days?

So Summer is over. I ve just put away all the summer clothes, bikinis,towels and beachbags because the rain is here and there s nothing we can do about it. Winter clothes out brrr

Who actually prefers rainy days to sunny days ? m curious.

Surely people who walk their dogs must hate having to walk out in the rain to get drenched ?
